Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom production nature of our business, all sales are final and we do not refund orders. We have a multistep process to ensure your expectations match the final production results.
Shipping and Receiving Policy
Thank you for choosing Screen Printing NW. We are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping and receiving policy below to understand our procedures and how we handle orders.
1. Shipping Information
- Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options including FedEx and UPS. Shipping is available to the United States.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping fees will be shown at checkout before finalizing the purchase.\
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 10 business days of quote approval. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Estimated Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination. Please note that these times are estimates and delays may occur.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress online.
2. Shipping Restrictions
- Address Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Screen Printing NW is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- International Shipping: International shipping may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
3. Receiving Orders
- Inspection of Goods: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package and the contents immediately for any damages or discrepancies.
- If the package or item appears damaged, please contact our customer service team within 5 hours/days of receipt. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged goods for verification purposes.
- If you receive the wrong item or an item that is missing, please notify us immediately.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment or fail to accept delivery, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and a restocking fee may apply.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Return Policy: Returns are not accepted as all sales are final.
- Damaged Goods: If your goods arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact our customer service immediately. Damaged products are typically eligible for a return or exchange, depending on the circumstances.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Changing an Order: Once an order has been placed, it is typically processed quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped. Change order fees may apply.
- Order Cancellations: If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible. Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal, etc.), we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
7. Liability
Once a shipment is delivered to the address provided, Screen Printing NW is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are concerned about the security of your delivery, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and/or insurance.
